The Anxiety

2 15

It is a mental health condition in which a person feels excessive worry, fear, or nervousness, even without a clear reason. It can affect both the mind and the body.

This disease is very dangerous because it can completely ruin a person’s lifestyle. Anxiety is one of the most serious mental health problems. In today’s time, a large number of people are affected by this condition.

In today’s world, mental peace is extremely important for a person. No matter how much wealth or success someone has, if they do not have mental peace, life has no real value. That is why it is always important to remember that maintaining mental peace is essential for a happy and meaningful life.

Common symptoms of anxiety

Constant worrying or overthinking

A person’s biggest mistake is repeatedly worrying about what has already passed. When someone keeps thinking again and again about any matter or incident, the mind gradually stops functioning properly. The person becomes unable to control their thoughts or distance themselves from the situation. This is one of the most important causes of anxiety, and because of this, a person often becomes a victim of anxiety.

Restlessness or feeling tense

In this situation, a person remains extremely tense, due to which the mind does not stay stable. The person keeps overthinking the same issue again and again, stays under constant stress, and feels restless.

Fast heartbeat

When a person keeps thinking about the same matter again and again, they become mentally disturbed, which can lead to serious breathing issues. When breathing problems occur, the heartbeat automatically increases. In such a situation, it is very important that someone is always present around the patient to take care of them.

Sweating or trembling

In this situation, there is excessive sweating, and at the same time the person’s hands and legs tremble a lot. Anxiety is actually a very serious illness because of which a person feels lost and disconnected from reality, as if they are in a different world. During this time, proper treatment is very important, and along with that, therapy is also extremely necessary.

Difficulty sleeping

When a person keeps thinking about the same thing again and again, they are unable to sleep and face great difficulty in falling asleep. In this situation, many patients try to complete their sleep by taking sleeping pills. However, using sleeping medication without a doctor’s permission can be a very harmful and negative experience for a patient.

Trouble concentrating

When a person is at the anxiety stage, their concentrating power gradually decreases day by day, due to which they are unable to focus on anything.

Feeling tired or weak

When a person is in a stage of anxiety, their power of concentration gradually decreases, and because of this, their mind is unable to focus anywhere.

A person may also lose the desire to eat. By repeatedly thinking about every matter, they become mentally disturbed, which makes them feel weak and constantly tired.

Anxiety can worsen sleep problems, and lack of proper sleep can also increase anxiety. Managing stress, getting enough sleep, regular exercise, and seeking professional help when needed can help control anxiety.

In today’s time, anxiety is a very dangerous illness. That is why my advice is to always keep this in mind: forget what has already happened, do not think too much about what is going to happen, and stay fully present in what is happening right now. Always remember one thing—the world is very beautiful, so enjoy it. Do not put too much pressure on yourself. Learn to live in a relaxed way, and you will see how anxiety slowly runs away from you without you even realizing it.
