Enjoy life and enjoy the joy of living.

“Enjoying life and enjoying the joy of living may sound a little strange, but it’s true. Just as it’s important to enjoy your life, it’s equally important to cherish the joy of living itself.”

Enjoying life doesn’t mean having a lot of money, eating fancy food, or traveling to beautiful places. Enjoying life means having peace of mind, doing whatever you do with your heart, and engaging in things that don’t make you feel guilty but instead give you true satisfaction.

When you keep yourself satisfied in any situation, you will feel that you are the happiest person.

Before doing anything or taking on any challenge, if your heart doesn’t feel any guilt, then understand that you are doing something in life that is aligned with the good of the universe.

When you are doing something good for the universe, the entire cosmos comes together to support you in achieving it.

If your thoughts are good, you don’t harm anyone, and whatever work you do is for the well-being of others—no matter how many challenges you have to face—you will feel that you are truly living the best part of your life.

When you feel guilty before doing something, no matter how much the world praises it, deep inside you must have felt broken. You won’t find inner satisfaction, you will never truly be happy, and you will never be able to forgive yourself—because what you are doing is not giving you real satisfaction.

In my view, enjoying life means giving yourself true satisfaction.

In my view, enjoying life means giving yourself true satisfaction.

Just like when you take one step after another and eventually reach your destination, in the same way, when you enjoy life or find enjoyment through your own satisfaction, your joy of living also automatically begins to improve along with it.

Until you have inner satisfaction, you won’t be able to make yourself happy, and enjoying life will be out of the question—you will always feel guilty within yourself.

To keep yourself happy, you have to live according to certain rules of life; otherwise, you need to change your habits and transform yourself.

Keep deceitful people away.

These deceitful people don’t come from outside; they can be our friends, someone from our family, or even from our relationships. Not everyone close to us is truly ours—some people pretend to be close, but you can never expect when they will betray you, and it shocks you to realize that this person has deceived you. That’s why you must first keep deceitful people away.

Don’t be deceitful.

We call someone deceitful when they break another person’s trust, hurt their feelings, pretend to be close, and then betray them behind their back. When we are keeping deceitful people away from ourselves, then why should we become deceitful? A deceitful person may win through trickery, but deep inside they will never find satisfaction in that victory. The person who loses may feel great pain, but they will always be inwardly satisfied knowing that they tried their best and only lost because of someone’s betrayal. That inner satisfaction will always stay with them.

That’s why you should never be deceitful.

Do your work with full dedication.

Understand the importance of your work and do it wholeheartedly—victory will be yours. Anyone whose intentions behind their work are pure can never truly lose. If your intentions are right, the entire power of the universe comes to help you succeed. Yes, it is possible that even if your intentions are pure, you may face difficulties in completing your work. But there is no need to feel disheartened, because destiny marks victory for those who work hard with a true heart. That is why it is said: when you work with a pure intention, destiny itself stands beside you to crown you with success.

Always keep your intentions pure.

If your intentions are right, no matter what you do, you may face difficulties in the beginning, but the universe will never let you fail—this is the truth. No matter the work or the relationship, your intentions should always be pure and sincere. You must have noticed or realized that someone with bad intentions may rise very quickly, but when they fall, no one comes to save them.

If your intentions are right, you will feel deep satisfaction within yourself. When you have that inner satisfaction, your life will keep improving day by day.

One should admit their mistakes.

If you are right, the whole world will appreciate you. But if you are wrong and spend all your effort trying to make it seem right, stop this practice immediately. Admit your mistakes. Although you may feel bad at first, you will feel inner peace knowing, “I made a mistake and I accepted it.” You will not feel the regret of having made many mistakes while trying to hide one. That is why, always be a leader and admit your mistakes.

Correct your mistakes.

Do not repeat the mistake that caused you pain, damaged your dignity, or lowered your self-worth. Keep yourself away from that mistake. When you develop the ability to avoid making that same mistake, victory will be yours.

Stay away from bad habits.

Bad habits don’t just mean indulging in substances. A person can have many other bad habits, such as their behavior, the way they speak, or how they represent something. Whatever you do, do it in the proper way.

Keep yourself happy from within.

Whatever you do, you should feel genuine happiness from within. You should also have the inner motivation to do that work. When both are present, you’ll see that the task becomes much easier. Nowadays, people often appear very happy on the outside, but inside they are completely empty of happiness. That’s why being truly happy from within is very important.

Improve yourself.

Changing all the bad habits within yourself should be your first priority. You will first need to change your eating, drinking, and lifestyle habits. Once all of this changes, your personality will naturally transform.

Change your mindset.

In the sacred scripture, the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna tells Arjun that the mind is like a small horse—if it is restless, it runs here and there. Similarly, a person’s mind wanders from one thing to another. That is why it is very important to stabilize the mind. However, it will not come under your control immediately, so it may keep wandering. When your mind finally comes under your control, you will be victorious over the struggles of the world.

If you stabilize your mind, you will never have to face defeat from yourself.

“When you try all these things in your life, your life will automatically start improving, and happiness will fill your life. After that, your lifestyle will also automatically change.”

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” – Aristotle
