In the human body, the liver is located on the right side, and the pancreas is on the left side. Our pancreas contains enough insulin to keep a person alive for up to 100 years — meaning we have a 100-year supply of insulin.

The problem begins when fat starts accumulating on the liver. This fat can only be removed either by insulin or by the bile inside our body. At that time, to remove fat from the liver, the pancreas releases insulin to the liver. When the pancreas starts producing less insulin, that’s when a person begins to develop diabetes (sugar).
The insulin in a human body is produced by the pancreas. When the pancreas stops producing insulin, diabetes occurs.

In diabetes, the sugar level in the blood increases. Why does this happen, and what is the scientific reason? In our body, the pancreas produces insulin. This insulin helps regulate the sugar in our blood, keeping the blood sugar level normal. In some people, the pancreas produces less insulin, and in some cases, it produces none at all. At that time, the sugar level in the blood rises, and we develop diabetes. This is the main reason a person gets diabetes.
Diabetes is of two types.
One is Type 1 diabetes, where there is an insulin deficiency. It can be autoimmune or non-autoimmune, and in this case, insulin needs to be given.

Another is Type 2 diabetes is Nowadays, the main type of diabetes is lifestyle diabetes. Lifestyle diabetes means that you are not exercising, your waist size has increased, you are consuming too much sugar, refined flour, and Maida, and your stress level is high. Under such conditions, you develop lifestyle diabetes, which in the early stage is reversible

To keep diabetes under control, do some exercises in your daily routine and get rid of diabetes.
Step 01

After every meal, you should go for a 20-minute walk daily. Walking does not mean running fast — just walk normally as you usually do. This means that when you eat, the sugar present in the food is broken down and enters your bloodstream, which increases the blood sugar level. In a normal healthy body, this is controlled because the body produces insulin. When we walk, our muscles start working with the insulin.
Step 02

Whenever you see a staircase, go up and down it 5 times. If you get tired, you can take a break in between. The scientific reason for this is the same as that of walking.
Step 03

If walking is not possible for you and there is no staircase available, then you should stand with support and lift yourself up on your toes for 2 seconds, then stand straight. Do this 20 times.

If you exercise your muscles daily, they will use up the sugar. When muscles are exercised, they absorb sugar, so it will not remain in the blood cells. If you do this daily, you can also get rid of diabetes.
For a diabetic patient, the first thing is not to drink or eat anything that contains sugar.
Bitter gourd juice, fenugreek water, green tea, cinnamon, and lemon water — if you take these on an empty stomach in the morning, your blood sugar level can be controlled.
