What is life? What is the true meaning of life? In today’s world, understanding what life really is has become a big challenge. It is very important to understand the real essence of life.
Birth is truth, and death is also truth — both come in every human’s life. If a person’s journey is like a race from one end to the other, then the starting point is birth, and the endpoint is death. Everything in between — that journey itself — is life.

If life is the journey between birth and death, then why do people develop ego? Why do they feel a burning desire to achieve and show off? Because that’s the truth of life — we aren’t going to take anything with us when we leave this world. But people want their journey to be memorable and meaningful, which is why ego and the urge to prove themselves often arise. However, the one who truly understands the reality of life never lets ego or jealousy take over their heart.
Everyone in this world defines life in their own way. What I am sharing is what I have understood. If a person sits alone and thinks deeply — “Even after doing so much, if I can’t take anything with me, then why am I doing all this?” — the answer is simple: we do it so that the journey of life passes beautifully. That is the true meaning of the journey in between — the journey of life itself.

We should always act according to our good intentions. In today’s world, people remember only two kinds of individuals — the good ones and the bad ones. Those who live in between are simply forgotten. It’s up to you to decide who you want to be — a good person or a bad one. Both can be remembered, but the difference lies in your intention — whether it leads toward goodness or darkness. If you live your life with good intentions and perform good deeds, history will surely remember you.
Is living life easy?

Living life depends on a person’s mindset. The way we live our life is based on our thoughts and intentions. To live, a human only needs food, clothing, and shelter — then why do people still feel troubled? These worries arise because they fail to keep their mind and desires in the right direction.
Who has seen tomorrow? Except for the Almighty, no one knows what tomorrow holds. Enjoy what you have today. Once this thought settles in your mind, you’ll begin to feel the true joy of living life.

Your life will truly be right only when you live freely for today without worrying about tomorrow. This mindset should become a part of your thinking.
Keep your mind/contentment satisfied.

What keeps a person in control is their mind. If you keep your mind satisfied, no troubles will come to you. Whoever can control their mind, can conquer the world.
Controlling the mind is the greatest challenge, but it is also the ultimate truth. The first task of all great sages and wise men was to control their mind. The mind is restless, and meditation is the only way through which a person can bring the mind under control.
Renunciation must be present in the mind.

The ability to renounce must exist within everyone. If you possess this ability, no one can defeat you, because you will no longer be attached to anyone or anything, and you will have no weakness that forces you to bow before someone — whether it is a thing or a person.
This quality is not found in every person; those who possess it are truly different from everyone else.
There should be a feeling of forgiveness.

If someone deceives you or hurts you, do not respond in kind. Simply forgive them and let go of that place or matter.
This feeling of forgiveness keeps you much more at peace within than the desire to take revenge ever could. The ability to forgive is strength of a person; it is what sets you apart from others
To ignore.

Living life does not mean lowering your own dignity. Sometimes, to protect yourself, you must let your pride remain intact.
If someone is deceiving you or ignoring you, it is important to understand them in their own way. To understand them in their way means you must also choose to ignore them. If someone overlooks you, you should not turn back to look at them.
