If something keeps causing you pain again and again, then your first priority should be to completely remove it from your mind and forget it. Yes, it may be true that forgetting something is not always in your control, but still you need to remove it from your mind. If your mind keeps getting disturbed again and again because of one thing, then you must decide that the sooner you forget it, the sooner your mind will function properly and you will be happy.
Don’t Isolate Yourself

If someone doesn’t like you or you don’t like someone, then in that situation, never compromise with yourself. Never isolate yourself in any situation; just be the way you are. If you isolate yourself in that situation, your identity will be completely lost, and you won’t even enjoy seeing yourself. That’s why you should never isolate yourself.
Do What is true to you

Do only those things that you won’t later regret thinking, “I shouldn’t have done that.” Always stand with what is right, and speak out openly against what is wrong — no matter how much it costs you. That way you’ll always feel inside that what you did was right and that you did not side with wrongdoing. If you choose to do the wrong thing, you will never be able to truly see yourself as right, even if the whole world tells you otherwise. So always stand with true

No matter what the situation is, if your thinking is right, you will get out of any situation where you feel stuck. You should always keep yourself positive and never step back. A person who stays positive may face some difficulties in the beginning, but once that phase passes, they remain very happy

These people are unable to achieve anything in their own lives. The more you stay away from such people, the healthier your mind will remain

These are the people who speak sweetly to your face but talk badly about you behind your back. They flatter you, and you should always stay away from such sweet-talking people. They may not have the ability to do much themselves, but when they meet you and realize that you are positive-minded and capable, they act very friendly, making you think they have your best interests at heart. However, when the opportunity arises, they will betray you in such a way that you may not be able to react. You can do a lot, but out of respect or concern for your reputation, you may choose not to act—and they will take advantage of that.
